Good Companions Concert

We welcomed the local Good Companions in to school and gave them a concert full of entertainment. The choir sang and the Year 6 pupils shared their Roald Dahl Day work by reading out two of his Revolting Rhymes - Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf and the Three Little Pigs. They also performed a song accompanying themselves on xylophones and glockenspiels. Not to be outdone the younger pupils in Years 1 and 2 performed a wonderful song called Round and Round. Our visitors enjoyed the show and were refreshed with teas, coffees, biscuits and cakes served by the Year 6 pupils. It was a very entertaining afternoon indeed.
